Braveheart

1.) The movie “Braveheart” starts out as William Wallace ( Mel Gibson ) when he was a little boy. His father went away to try to make peace with England, instead he was trapped and hung. At his funeral, after everyone left and William stood by his father’s grave a little girl picked a purple flower and gave it to him. Many years later, after William had grown up he went to a village in Ireland where he met one of his friends from his childhood. The king of England had told his nobles to capture women from Ireland and rape them. As William was at this village some England nobles came and took a woman from the village. William then caught a glance of a woman who he could not take his eyes off. They later met each other and fell in love. It turned out she was the little girl that had gave him the flower when his father died. He knew this before she did, but when he gave her the dried flower wrapped up in a cloth, she realized it. They got married secretly and the next day more England nobles were at the village. One of them captured his wife and William came and rescued her. He put her on a horse and told her to go to a place in the woods where he would meet her. She took off as he fought the English, and tried to get a
