This article immediately reminded me of recent events. Unless you were in dimention X, September 11, 2001 stirs up images of pain, terror, and loss. While America was in cahoots President, George W. Bush was running for cover assuring citizens that "the government is okay, and running as usual". A prime concern for most citizens who lost friends and family, I'm sure. The President decided not to stand beside New York City Mayor, Rudolph Giuliani, as Giuliani surveyed the damage, conversed with bystanders and those directly involved, and began the extensive task of picking up the pieces of the tragedy.
