At the same time we improve productivity, we must also increase organizational citizenship. By doing so, organizations will be able to outperform other organizations because organizational citizenship suggests employees to perform more than what they should be doing. ... There are three different kinds of theories that modern studies prove to explain the process in which the way we acquire learning and observe the patterns of behavior.
