In “When we were Kings” we see an account of the “Rumble in the Jungle” with actual footages of the match and Ali in front of the camera. As viewers, the actual footages give us a much clearer picture of what things were like back then as compared to the scenes depicted in “Ali”. We are able to see how Ali such is an amazingly charismatic and articulate man in everything he does. ... While Will Smith in “Ali” did imitate Ali’s speech and mannerism, he had failed to capture the charm and greatness of the real Muhammad Ali.
