Lab Report (Animal behavior) My lab is a study of the behavior of pill bugs. Pill bugs are crustaceans that belong to the isopod family. Animal behavior is defined as the way in which animals behave and interact with their environment. I will also be investigating the effects of sugar water on the pill bugs. If I add two teaspoons of sugar to half a cup of water and put 5-6 drops of the sugar water on one side and 5-6 drops of regular tap water on the other side then the pill bugs will have a tendency to move to the side with the sugar because pill bugs are found in decaying wood where they feed off the sucrose from the trees photosynthesis.
