Alexander Hamilton deserves reconsideration in America’s conception of him. In fact, Hamilton should be placed on the same pedestal as Thomas Jefferson. Hamilton’s economic philosophies became the basis for the economic surge of the early 1900’s through today. Hamilton doesn’t receive nearly enough credit for being an influential founding father of our country. Lastly, Hamilton’s federalism is what today’s government is comprised of.
