Abstract Reports for Execrise Science
The four abstract reports all deal with choice reaction time. Choice reaction time influences many aspects in physical training in sports, such as in Soccer, karate and rugby. In the first report I reviewed 45 young soccer players between the ages of 11-13 years of age participated in choice reaction time testing. This study observed sustained attention, depth perception, and a sense of kinesthesis. The study was proven that the kicing performance was measured by the amounts of impulse developed while kicking. There was a relation between kicking impulse and measurement of speed associated with fast response selection with the “instep-kicking”. This research can improve future soccer players with training and foot-speed.
