However communication can only be made effective if the party who you are trying to communicate to comprehends what is being communicated hence a meaning is being formed. This week’s topic of communication is only dealing with interpersonal communication defined as the ‘communication between two or more people in which the parties are treated as individuals rather than objects’ (Robbins, 2003). ... For a communication process to occur, a message is first shaped. ... Finally the end process of the communication process is a feedback loop.
