Introduction Along with our company becoming bigger and bigger, more employees joining our company, our company network resource becoming more and more limited. Many employees report to our technical department about internet connection speed, it took very long time to send an email or open a web page. Technical department had report to our top management and top management had decided that to find a best way to increase availability broadband usage. From the market survey, Technical department had decided to choose Telstra Big Band Business broadband package. Because Telstra Big Band Business broadband package has the lower price, more stable internet connects speed, and better technical support than any other internet companies. Before we install the new Network connection system, there are several policies we need to be discussed and change, also, if in case, we also need a new policy about managing new network system. Network policy we use now could not cover all the area that we need pay attention to, like new Network install and setup, new Network repair and service. Also, after the new network system install, internet resource usage and email management for employees will be changed. This could help our technical department easy to admin and manage the network resource, hence to reduce the wastage of Network resource.
