We will sell people back their time by being excellent at this.” “We’re not trying to save the world; we just want to help you save time shopping.” They used a “Fustest of the Mostest” strategy in the sense that the idea was either going to make it and do very well, or bust and go down hard. Luckily for them they have had enormous success in both establishing a name and reputation for the service as well as for putting internet shopping further on the map. Their spirit and strategy are both entrepreneurial in nature. There existed an opportunity and it was seized. They wanted to be the best and only delivery service of their kind in the greater Toronto area and they have also achieved that feat.
