analysing organisation

Every organisation needs to know how it should perform to be successful. Only then can it impart proper training to its employees to fulfill its needs and realize its goals. The Performance-analysis for Training (PAT) model can help in analyzing an organisation's performance and determining its training needs. PAT does not provide a single outright answer. However, it makes the decision-makers of an organisation explore the underlying issues. PAT is a three-phase process that involves: • identifying critical performance issues and training needs • working out the training solutions • imparting the necessary training The first phase is organisational analysis.
