shakespeare's life
William Shakespere was first mentioned on April 26th 1564 in the baptismal register of Stratford parish church as the son of John and Mary Shakespere. There are no information about his education and no evidence that he even attended the local grammar school. 18 years later, on November 27th 1582, a licence to marry Anne Whateley of Temple Grafton was granted to Wm. Shaxpere in the Bishop of Worcester’s register. One day later , in the same register, a marriage bond was issued to William Shagspere and Anne Hathwey of Stradford.
