Dating the Enemy is an amusing comedy where the two main characters, Tash and Brett, swap into each others bodies and take a whole new perspective into each others lives and sexuality. The story begins on Valentines Day where Brett and Tash meet at a party. They both seem to be lonely, but he turns very kind and romantic when they get together and start a relationship. The movie then jumps one year into the future. Brett gives a bunch of flowers to Tash that were given to him as a Valentines present. When Tash finds out she just received flowers from one of Brett’s admirers, she becomes very upset at him.
