Online banking enabled financial places to effectively deliver full service banking and bill payment capabilities to customers via the World Wide Web. ... With today’s computer technology virtually all traditional banks have incorporated some form of online banking, variously known as PC banking, home banking, electronic banking, or Internet banking. Since the Internet hype is growing the Internet-only banks, also known as “Virtual Banks” that have no physical branch or tellers, and “Brick-and-Mortar Banks” that have yet to offer online banking, have begun to slowly fade.
