Pardon the Interruption

If you are a television viewer, you should know that advertising is a major part of television shows. As part of the “pardon the interruption” assignment, I not only had to watch an hour of television; including the advertisements, but I also had to borrow a TV set from my parents during the weekend since I don’t own one. Due to the lack of cable service and poor reception of major networks at home, I opted to watch a show called Maximum Exposure aired at 8:00 p.m. on Sundays. Maximum Exposure, Paramount's established action-packed weekly video show is all about “attitude” and is targeted to active adult. As expected, the advertisements came in two-minute intervals on an average of three times in a thirty minute period.
