Before writing this paper, I had to search an acronyms dictionary, I could not think of what words to use to describe my strengths and weaknesses. Once my mind unlocked itself, I was overwhelmed with words and astonished at how many weaknesses I have. I truly hope that by the time I finish this paper I will have identified my weaknesses and can over come them with my strengths. ...
