Future of Chinese Currency
As the result of the rapid growth of China’s economy, and the government’s effort in the past few years to deepen trade ties with the rest of asia, China’s currency is more and more welcome across the region for business and tourism. ... For example, now fewer Chinese who travel abroad will exchange renminbi for foreign currency before leaving China, instead, they do so at their destinations. Additional, China’s membership of the WTO accelerates the emergence of a strong unified Chinese currency.
