Even today, racism still exists, although because it is not as socially acceptable as it once was, a lot of people are much less vocal of their opinions. ... While these groups use extreme violence to get their point across, there are people who stand up against racism. ... His most famous speech, "I Have a Dream" is one of the most famous pieces of work regarding racism ever written and spoken. While racism was rampant in the times before the 1960s, and is still rampant today, it is much less extreme and widespread. Racism is an ideology based on the following suppositions: There are biologically fixed race; different races have different morals, intellectual, and physical characteristics.
