NGO's
“They call themselves the ‘third world sector’ of global government or, in their loftier moments, ‘global civil society’ ”, states Chicago Tribune staff writer R.C. Longworth. These people Longworth is referring to, are people that have been recognized to work in non-governmental organizations (NGO’s). The first two things I asked myself when I heard my professor mention the phrase “NGO” was, “What is an NGO?” and, “What does and NGO do?”.
