Human relations integration
Integration paper #1 In the dental office Jeneah and John work together. Jeneah is a young twenty-eight year old, just like john. However, they have many differences in their MBTI characteristic tests. Jeneah took her MBTI test in a class at LCC she learned that she is a ENFJ and John is a INTP. In the work force both twenty-eight year olds are supposed to summarize all their thoughts together at the end of every working day to see what is needed to be improved and worked on. Therefore, they are to involve all the events that occurred that day. Jeneah’s personality is, thoughtful, sweet, emotional, inspiring leader, listener, loyal and very responsive to praise and criticism. Though John is INTP, meaning in his character he is the type to seek for explanations, Adaptable, Solve problems in his area of interest and to be critical. Jeneah and John were supposed to work together continuously after every day for at least 6 months. That meant that they would have to work together in the work place and analyze the day and the events together that occurred. Jeneah had been taking many responsibilities for a great amount of time when all of a sudden she broke down with exhaustion, stress and broke down crying. John then began to evaluate the situation, thankfully John was the thinking and analyzing type to be able to cooperate and make it through this strange obstacle.
