Citizens are receiving benefits due to stricter curfew laws. Parents and guardians can feel more at ease knowing that if their child is out after curfew that he or she is likely to get caught and brought home safely. ... Minors who are participating in church, school, or recreational activities that exceed curfew are able to feel more secure about their safety (Under The Influence, 23). ... Storeowners, innocent bystanders, and other citizens are less concerned when curfew laws are enforced. ... With curfew laws, there are fewer citizens that are harmed (“Curfew Laws”, 66). Also, curfew laws are keeping minors out of trouble.
