Choose an organisation with which you are familiar and provide details. The Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH) Department of Radiation Oncology is part of the multidisciplinary Cancer Center of the RAH. (Radiation Oncology – About Us, 2003) Within these department, there are four types of employees working there, which includes 1) radiation oncologists, 2) radiation therapists, 3) radiation nurses and 4) medical physics & engineering. (Radiation Oncology – Staff, 2003) In this assignment only focusing on the radiation therapists.
