Ragtime
Ragtime Journal #3 History itself can be expressed in many different ways, and in particular I think that this book focused on the history and the changes that this made in the world. Not only did history happen on a large scale, the Civil War for example, but to each person living. This book explored the minute details of history that affected people, and it is for that reason why I believe that history is a theme in this book. There is a strong sense of the time period evident in this book that revolutionizes the way that the reader views the characters in the book.
