Write a narrative history of one or both sides of your immediate family, or in the event you cannot do so, of relatives or a relative, detailing as best you can when, why and how your family members immigrated to the United States, what they expected to find when they arrived here, what in fact they did find, how they adjusted to their new life, and through hardships and successes how they have lived and what they have been able to accomplish.
