Areas in project management
Leadership Unfortunately, I am not the group leader of the team, but I still get some ideas on what should a leader in project should do. Project manager is the primary person to lead this change. He or she set the priorities and the tone for how the project is run. If project manager define and plan the project well, and then execute and control the project using good techniques, the other team members should follow the lead.
