Liberty, justice and equality; a lack of these brings about a revolution in a nation. These are the attributes most wanted by a nation ruled under tyranny. But how do you bring about this change? There are many routes that lead to a nation’s freedom however no matter which route one takes one product or bi-product will occur, and that is violence. This realization will come after one comprehends that there is no force on earth that can satisfy everyone. Once one has realized this truth, one will also become conscious that in a birth of a nation, where there is immense change, violence will be tagged on to your package. For instance, in the movie Gandhi, all intended methods for a revolution were non violent. However, that as we all witnessed, was not the case. Why was it that there was enormous violence even though ‘non violent, non co-operation’ was intended? When we analyze this, the answer can be given by two reasons.
