EMT's
EMT’s (Emergency Medical Technicians) have a tough job. They are serious workers but have compassion and desire to care for the people that need the most care. They tend to our everyday emergencies and without them, some of us may not be here today. There are four basic levels of an EMT: First responders, Basic, Intermediate and Paramedic. The EMS (Emergency Medical Service) provides the pre-hospital care to the injured person. They stabilize the patient and prepare them for the ride to the hospital. EMT’s respond to the emergency calls. They transfer the patient to the emergency room.
