Organisational Behaviour
In their Introduction to Organisational Behaviour (Ellis & Dick, 2003) the authors introduce organisational behaviour as follows: ‘The term organisation is quite loose and can be used to cover any recognisable system or structure that exists to help or maintain people’s ability to achieve something. ... However, there are at least two factors that allow researchers to observe patterns of ‘corporate culture’ as a unique feature of each ‘corporate identity’ and make the study of organisational behaviour a meaningful one: 1.
