Before I begin with a brief description of futuristic management and the many expected changes, I want to first begin by differentiating between management and leadership, and then discuss the emerging trends. I will then give a quick synopsis of the way the functions of management will be affected in the future. Most individuals assume leading and management are one in the same. ...
