I believe the whole recall process is much too simple; it should be harder to come about. This way those who are not so serious about the recall effort can be weeded out while those who do can still have their views be heard. Recall proponents have 160 days to circulate the petition to recall and it must only be circulated in a minimum of five California counties (FAQs).
