The Canterbury Tales
Along with the Friar, Prioress, Priest, Pardoner, and Monk, the Parson is a member of the Church social group. With the exception of the Parson, all are concerned with their appearances, and do not perform in the way that they are supposed to. The members of the church are supposed to lead a life being very charitable, and helping ones in need.
