A 34-year-old woman called Anita Roddick opened the first Body Shop in Brighton in 1976. ... You have full control over the business itself for example what decisions are made and you have the final word on the matter. The legal side of the business if very easy as the books do not need to be looked at by an accountant if the business is not limited.
Also if the business is earning less then £52,000 a year, the business does not need to register for VAT.
Even though there are plenty of rewarding advantages, there are a few disadvantages, for example, the business is launched on modest capital, even though you would receive all of the profit, time you have paid wages, etc.
