Political and economic science are both social sciences, that means that they deal with interactions between human beings in society. ... Political science examines the interactions between individuals, groups and the state or government in terms of their interests in connection with power. In other words, economic science is mostly concerned with the distribution of resources, while political science´s main focus is on the distribution of power.
Economic science tries to answer the question of the efficient use of limited natural and man-made resources to satisfy the ever-growing human needs.
Political science is concerned with the description and analysis of political and governmental institutions and processes.
