Chaucer’s form of satire is unique because it finds examples of corruption at all levels of society, males and females. ... In the opening of the tale she is described as sociable and gay, which I took to mean that she was a flirt. ... One of the tale’s images is given in lines 50 and 51. ... I don’t know what happened to Ganelon of France, but I am positive that this painted a good picture to the people of Chaucer’s time reading this.
