Federal Sales Tax should replace Federal Income Tax

The Federal Income Tax is a way for the United States government to tax the earnings of people or corporations in order to fund the necessary parts of the government. In turn, this created the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to enforce these taxes through intrusive measures on those committing tax evasion or other illegal activities. ... All too often are people in developed countries call upon their governments in order to remedy the income tax through reform. Essentially, the effect of the Federal Sales Tax would tax everyone equally on products adequately, despite a citizen’s social status. ... Moreover, sales tax could pay for the vital aspects of the government with positive economic returns. If the United States eliminates the federal income tax by replacing it with a flat federal sales tax, the economy of the United States and its citizens would benefit by reducing compliance costs, increase incentive to produce and raise personal social standards and create a system that is easy to administer because of the “ability to pay” ideal.
