CRANDON PARK
Date: 10/3/03 Location: Crandon Park Ambient Conditions: On the day of the field trip it was really, really hot. ... Anthropogenic Effects: Humans have had a great deal of effect on the ecosystem at Crandon Park. We saw that there were man made buildings used as visitor centers that are right in the middle of the park. ... There were a couple of candy wrappers and other things on the floor, but for the most part, the park was kept clean. ... The one thing I liked was that I learned about some of the trees in Crandon Park and also in the Maritime Hammock.
