Saul and Paul A Great Example
Saul and Paul show us what can happen when we choose to follow God, and what can become of us if we don’t follow him. We are able catch a small glimpse of how brutal man can be through Saul who doesn’t have Christ. ... It is this that we see through Paul, who is one of the greatest men to walk this earth. ... Saul is one of the greatest examples of this. Saul in his early years was brought up in a Jewish community, where he was taught by a very well known teacher, Rabbi Gamelia. Saul was taught very strictly that he was to follow the old covenant that was stated in the Old Testament. Now because of this, Saul was unable to see along with many Jewish people at the time that Jesus Christ was their savior. Saul was so closed-minded and prideful that he started up a riot and had a perfectly innocent man stoned, “At this they covered their ears and yelling at the top of their voices they all rushed at him, dragged him out of the city and began to stone him.
