Criminals are defiantely made not born. The morals, values, and expectations held by society contribute to the molding of criminals. They may feel taht they cannot become what society wany s them to become ans so turning to criminal activity lets them recieve attention. Also parents and the people closest to that individual will contribue greatly to the bringing up of that child. If the parents anger, bitterness etc rub off on that child he/she may become depressed and once again cry out for help. Situations that happen that cause hate is also a contributing factor. If a person is subject to hate, dicrimination, abuse sexually/physically/emotionally he/she may act out in illigal ways. In todays society we glamorize killing and criminal acts by making movie after movie on it. By doing so we make it look as though this is a average lifestyle. Also people like the snipper in Maryland do it to get fame and to go down in history.
