We received request regarding selecting an outside legal counsel to review a fifty page subcontract for landing gear parts to be used as original equipment in the next generation of commercial airplanes. We will be discussing the criteria we used to select counsel and the lawyer or law firm and why we recommended the particular counsel. ...
