Definition of Organizational Behavior
Believe it or not, the organization that I am a part of, I would consider a people-first organization. This organization is the United States Army. I have been in the Army for thirteen years and have held leadership/management positions. The mission/goal of the Army is to defend our country, and with that being the case, a lot of lives depend on the work we do.

The Army is very family oriented. Soldiers get assignments based on where the needs of the Army require the soldiers’ Military Occupational Skill (MOS). The Army then tries to send the soldier to a place where he/she can take their family, which is called a Command Sponsored tour. ...
