Best of Times

Emerson’s idea that “this time like all times, is a very good one, if we but know what to do with it” is rightfully true in the fact that man is not able to value what is around him and make the best of it. ... Furthermore, if man can see what is in front of him then the best of times can be appreciated and enjoyed. ... Therefore man cannot grasp what is in front of him and know how to make the best of his life. ... Hence, man cannot make the best of his times in the world he lives in. ... ” With this quote, man can conclude that Einstein agrees with Emerson’s idea that this can be the best of times if man can understand what to do with it. ... In addition, man cannot make the best of times, because he would not know what to do with it. ... The only way man can fully comprehend that what he has is wonderful is by realizing that these are the best of times, appreciate them, and make the best of them.
