An Acquired Skill: To a NoviceCustomer Service
One of the skills that I have acquired over the years would be good customer service. It took me years to learn this skill and I am very good at what I do. I get a lot of repeat customers by doing the following. This skill came easy for me but not everyone can acquire this skill. For some it comes easy and others will have to work at it. For you to obtain this skill you need to able to work with the public. In my job, I work with the public all the time. That means if I am having problems at home then I should leave those problems at home. If you’re in a bad mood, it tends to reflect the whole team and turns customers away.
