This course has introduced me to the principles and the development of techniques, which have resulted in a better understanding of myself and my potential as well as ways to build healthy relationships with others in todays diverse environment. This course has not only emphasized communication skills, managing emotions, and the behaviors expected in the business environment, but has shown me the relationship between the study skills necessary for college success and the skills I will need for career success.
