These can be a great disadvantage whilst learning as it insinuates the need to rush and not thoroughly prepare whilst can result in incorrect work and frequent mistakes. Also, their enthusiasm to tackle a challenge straight away often means that when the time arises for an implemented learning activity, with lots of research, an activist will easily become bored and their learning ability decreases.
