Graphic Design has never been so strongly influenced by technology
In 1981 Igildo Biesele predicted a revolution, which has now come to pass, the invasion of technology in the classroom has and is occurring. Packages such as Quark express, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator have offered new processes and capabilities to Graphic design. Technology has become the ‘new way,’ and being technologically literate is what is now required in this industry. Design is using technical ability and design education is no longer needed. Before the evolution of technology Cave paintings were considered to be the earliest drawings of visual communication and not created just for decoration or entertainment. ...
