Behavior Modification Project Tracy Wilhelmy Phase 1 Exercising for 1 half hour every night is my desired behavior Day 1. I got home at 9:30. I ate dinner and then I started to do some sit-ups at 10:00. I completed 300 sit-ups. I exercised for 10 minutes. I felt good about doing this because I feel I’m going to have to start out with a little bit of exercise and build my way up to a half hour. Day 2. I got home at 10:30. I planned on putting 10 or 15 minutes aside to again do some sit-ups. However, I had a fight with my boyfriend and I failed to get my sit ups done. The consequences were that I let myself down and I was feeling very disappointed in myself. I need to learn how to not let my feelings get in the way of my goal.
