1. How stable is organizations environment? At the managerial level of UPS, jobs are very stable. There is not a whole lot of change. At the worker level, there is almost no stability-people come and go at an alarming rate. The company on a whole is very stable; there are no concerns from any type of employee of losing their job because the company as a whole is unstable.
