The Booming Postwar World
It seems to me that the late 1940’s and 1950’s were somewhat similar times. The 1940s consisted of a lot of fighting and so did the early 1950’s. The 1940’s had World War II which began in 1939 but didn’t end till the middle 1940’s. The 1940’s was a good time, it had gotten us out of depression, the way it did that was a lot of war goods were being made and this made economic business grow and the women needed to have house appliances so a lot of factory goods were being made.
