The term bias demonstrates an injustice committed to a select population in the American vocabulary. Gender bias is a term which holds strong meaning, value, and creates surges of anger and rancor. Through the latter portion of the twentieth century, gender bias has become synonymous with education. Advocates on equality in the quality of education offered to both male and female students have taken a stance in the war against gender bias, in the American educational curriculum. ...
