We all heard about the “year of the woman” a couple of years ago as Hollywood finally promised to give proper credit to the creative input of women in films. Sadly though, we still live in a situation where parts for women are so scarce in films that the big mystery come Oscar time concerns whether or not 5 parts can be found in an entire year’s worth of movies that warrant Best Supporting Actress nomination. ... Someday this will change though, and we will find out what would happen: If Women Ran Hollywood A green light would immediately be given to sequels for each and every movie Sean Connery has ever been in.
